The industries the business centers are designed to bring to every sub-county.
Each business center is planned to accommodate a mix of industries and businesses so that jobs are created across many skills:
- Leather and garment manufacturing
- Retail supermarkets
- Hospitality, including a restaurant in every center
- Pharmaceuticals and pharmacy services
- Banking and microfinance
- Offices and other productive enterprises
Spreading these industries across all 17 sub-counties means opportunities are no longer concentrated in a few areas of the city.
